Reset
Roughly 45 minutes in duration, these classes begin and end with breath work and include a gentle RESET flow in the middle.
Metaphorically, these classes are like a course RESET. A bit of chaos tearing down fences (energizing breath work), a fresh methodical drag (an intelligent sequence/flow) followed by intensional course redesign (calming/grounding breath.)
A weekly must!
Night Check
Mellow flows designed to calm down the central nervous system and prepare for bed after a long day of work, riding, barn chores and/or travel when the body is tight and stiff.
The Classic
Full body yoga flows ranging in duration. These classes are best suited for those looking for movement such as sun salutations, lunging and balancing flows and a some what more vigorous flow to promote focus, mobility and presence.
Open Eq
Lengthen, strengthen and work your core in these pilates & yoga fusion classes.
The classes you’ll find under Morning hack are curated to gently wake you up, stretch you out and leave you energized for your day whether you’re headed out to the barn, work or to run errands.
Morning Hack
These classes are designed to be stackable, meaning that they are a great tool to use as a warm up and/or pre ride stretch. They are curated to stretch and open the body.

Join us for a weekly LIVE stream yoga class offering feedback and the opportunity to practice with your fellow equestrian community.
